双向FDI协同与全球价值链升级——基于中国制造业细分行业面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：文章基于2006—2020年中国省级面板数据及跨国面板数据,探讨双向FDI协同互动与制造业全球价值链升级之间的影响关系。研究表明:双向FDI协同互动对制造业全球价值链升级有显著的正向影响,知识产权保护水平、政府调控力、行业规模、资本投入强度和基础设施建设水平等对制造业全球价值链升级有不同程度的影响。中介机制检验结果表明,双向FDI协同互动通过产业结构升级和技术进步两条路径助推制造业全球价值链升级。因此,全面推动双向FDI协同互动,推动产业结构优化升级和企业技术创新,是助推中国制造业全球价值链升级的重要途径。Based on the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2020,this paper discusses the influence of two-way FDI coordi⁃nation on the global value chain of China's manufacturing industry.The research shows that two-way FDI coordination has a po sitive promoting effect on the upgrading of the global value chain of the manufacturing industry,and the level of intellectual pro perty protection,government regulation,industry scale,capital investment intensity and infrastructure construction have influ⁃ence on the upgrading of the global value chain of the manufacturing industry to different degree.Further intermediary mecha⁃nism test shows that there are two ways of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and technological progress to promote the global value chain upgrading of manufacturing industry.In this regard,it is necessary to comprehensively promote the syner⁃gistic and interactive development of two-way FDI coordination,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and technological innovation of enterprises,and upgrade the status of the global value chain of the manufacturing industry.
