摘 要:H型血管在骨组织中非常丰富,向骨组织细胞输送氧气、营养物质、激素、神经递质和生长因子,在骨构建和重塑中发挥重要作用。H型骨血管功能变化或受损,可能诱发全身性和局部性骨骼疾病的发生,如骨质疏松症、骨关节炎、骨坏死和骨折愈合不良等。最近研究发现H型血管具有诱导骨形成的能力,血管生成和骨形成存在耦合机制。血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)、Notch、血小板源性生长因子BB(platelet-derived growth factor type BB,PDGF-BB)和裂隙引导配体3(slit guidance ligand 3,SLIT3)等参与了血管生成-骨形成耦合。本文综述H型血管调控骨形成的研究进展,为骨病预防和治疗提供新的靶点。H-type blood vessels are very abundant in bone tissue,and they deliver oxygen,nutrients,hormones,neurotransmitters,and growth factors to bone and play an important role in bone construction and remodeling.The change or damage of H-type bone vascular function may induce the occurrence of systemic and local bone diseases,such as osteoporosis,osteoarthritis,bone necrosis,and poor fracture healing.Recent studies have found that H-type vessels are able to induce bone formation,and there is a coupling mechanism between angiogenesis and bone formation.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),Notch,platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB),and slit guidance ligand 3(SLIT3)participate in the coupling of angiogenesis and bone formation.This article reviews the research progress of H-type vessels regulating bone formation,providing a new target for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases.
