体育志愿服务参与行为何以持续:基于大学生身份转换视角的质性研究

摘　　要：推进体育志愿服务长效化发展是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的重要内容,大学生作为体育志愿服务的主要参与群体,其身份转换引发的持续参与不足问题已成为探讨体育志愿服务长效化发展的全新议题。运用扎根理论对大学生身份转换前后的体育志愿服务持续参与行为影响机制进行探索与建构。研究发现:从大学生到社会人,影响体育志愿服务持续参与行为选择的要素主要涉及个体、组织和社会3个层面。从作用机制看,实现体育志愿服务的持续参与是以社会期望的感知性为前提条件、以角色认知的一致性为推进动力、以生活型态的可控性为基本保障、以组织支持的有效性为关键环节共同作用的结果。Promoting the long-term development of sports volunteer services is an important part of building a higher-level national fitness public service system.College students are main participants in sports volunteer services,but their unsustainable participation triggered by identity transformation has become a new topic for exploring its long-term development.This study uses grounded theory to explore and construct the influence mechanism of college students’sustainable participation in sports volunteer services before and after their identity transformation.The results suggest that from college students to social individuals,the factors that affect the sustainable participation in sports volunteer services mainly involve individual,organizational and social levels.As for the influence mechanism,the realization of sustainable participation in sports volunteer services is the joint result of the perceiving of social expectations as precondition,the consistency of role recognition as driving force,the controllability of life style as basic guarantee,and the effectiveness of organizational support as key section.
