成都都市圈土地利用结构与效率交互影响研究

摘　　要：基于信息熵法、非期望产出模型及Malmquist指数等方法将成都都市圈35个县(市、区)2005、2010、2015、2019年的土地利用结构与土地利用效率数值化,最后利用空间面板计量模型揭示成都都市圈土地利用结构与效率之间的交互影响关系,且根据两者关系来提高城市土地利用效率,使成都都市圈土地利用更加科学。结果发现:(1)成都都市圈土地利用结构信息熵总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,土地利用超效率则呈现先下降后上升的波动趋势;(2)成都都市圈土地利用结构与效率存在显著的交互影响,且土地利用结构对土地利用效率的影响更强;(3)成都都市圈内各区域由于不同的发展方式与发展阶段,其土地利用结构与效率及交互影响均存在差异。Based on information entropy method,non-expected output model and Malmquist index,this paper numerically analyzed the land use structure and land use efficiency of 35 counties(cities and districts)in Chengdu Metropolitan Area in 2005,2010,2015 and 2019.The use of space panel econometric model revealed the interaction relation between the land use structure and efficiency in Chengdu Metropolitan Area,and according to the relationship between the two to improve the efficiency of urban land use and make the land use of Chengdu Metropolitan Area more scientific.The results showed that:①In Chengdu Metropolitan Area,the information entropy of land use structure increased first and then decreased,while the land use super-efficiency decreased first and then increased.②There was a significant interaction between the land use structure and efficiency in Chengdu Metropolitan Area,and the impact of information entropy of land use structure on land use efficiency was stronger.③Due to different development modes and stages,there were differences in land use structure,efficiency and interaction effects among different regions in Chengdu Metropolitan Area.
