变曲率摩擦摆隔震LNG储罐的地震响应分析

摘  要:为了避免长周期地震动作用下隔震液化天然气(liquefied natural gas,以下简称LNG)储罐共振现象的发生,提出一种新型变曲率摩擦摆系统(Variable Curvature Friction Pendulum System,以下简称VCFPS)。以某16×10^(4)m^(3)LNG储罐为背景,建立其简化力学模型,利用拉格朗日方程推导相应的运动控制方程,对长周期地震动作用下LNG储罐的隔震性能进行分析。研究结果表明:无论长周期地震动还是短周期地震动,变曲率摩擦摆隔震LNG储罐可以有效地控制基底剪力,但不能降低液体晃动波高。在0.06~0.08摩擦系数范围内,基底剪力达到最优;在0.06~0.12摩擦系数范围内,液体晃动波高变化不显著。随着平衡位置附近滑动面水平段长度增大,液体晃动波高显著降低。由此可见,合理选取VCFPS的力学性能参数,有利于LNG储罐抗震设计。To avoid the occurrence of the resonance phenomenon of the base isolation liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage tank under long-period ground motions,a new variable curvature friction pendulum isolation system(VCFPS)has been put forward for the first time in this study.Based on a LNG storage tank with a capacity of 16×10^(4)m^(3),the simplified mechanical model is built and its corresponding motion control equations are deduced by using Lagrange equation to study the isolation performance of the LNG storage tank under long-period ground motions.The results show that whether it is long-period ground motion or not,the LNG storage tank with the VCFPS system can effectively control the base shear,but cannot reduce the height of sloshing wave.The base shear is optimal in friction coefficient within the range from 0.06 to 0.08.The height of sloshing wave does not change significantly with the friction coefficient ranging from 0.06 to 0.12.The height of sloshing wave decreases significantly with the increase in the length of the horizontal segment of the sliding surface near the equilibrium position.In view of this,the reasonable selection of the mechanical properties parameters of the VCFPS is conducive to the earthquake resistant design of the LNG storage tank.
