摘  要:根据福州某软土基坑工程实例,介绍了“型钢+单轴水泥搅拌桩止水帷幕+砼支撑”在邻近建筑的异形软土基坑中的应用。设置坑内阳角两个方向的支撑或对阳角两个方向的坑底进行加固或设置坑外阳角处的拉梁或拉梁板可有效减小阳角处的变形。根据监测结果表明,所采取的支护方案措施是可行的,有效地控制了邻近既有建筑的安全,该设计方案安全、经济、合理。According to the example of a soft soil foundation pit project in Fuzhou,the application of"profile steel uniaxial cement mixing pile water-stop curtain+concrete support"in the irregular soft soil foundation pit of adjacent buildings is introduced.Setting supports in both directions of the internal and external corners of the pit,reinforcing the bottom of the pit in both directions of the external corners,or setting tension beams or tension beam plates at the external corners of the pit can effectively reduce deformation at the external corners.According to the monitoring results,the adopted support scheme measures are feasible and effectively control the safety of adjacent existing buildings.The design scheme is safe,economic and reasonable.
