摘 要:基于福州某商业建筑深基坑工程,针对其地层存在上下软土中夹巨厚强透水砂层及高承压水位的地质条件,提出相应的深基坑支护方案及地下水控制方法,并采用数值模拟结合实测数据分析的方式进行验证。结果表明,采用灌注桩+2道混凝土内支撑的支护方式,结合三轴水泥搅拌桩+双重管高压旋喷桩+减压降水的地下水控制措施,可在保证基坑工程安全实施的同时,有效减小基坑开挖对周边环境造成的影响。此实践结果可为闽江冲洪积地层的深基坑工程设计与施工提供参考。Based on the deep foundation pit project of a commercial building in Fuzhou,a corresponding deep foundation pit support scheme and groundwater control method were proposed to address the geological conditions of the presence of a thick and highly permeable sand layer between the upper and lower soft soil layers and a high pressure water level.The verification was conducted using numerical simulation combined with measured data analysis.The results indicate that the use of cast-in-place piles+2 concrete internal supports,combined with triaxial cement mixing piles+double pipe high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles+groundwater control measures for pressure reduction and precipitation,can effectively reduce the impact of excavation on the surrounding environment while ensuring the safe implementation of foundation pit engineering.It can provide reference for the design and construction of deep foundation pit engineering in the alluvial and alluvial strata of the Minjiang River.
