摘　　要：立足福州市既有建筑实际情况和既有建筑改造设计实践经验,分析既有建筑改造工程特点。同时结合各地指导文件相关规定,研究探讨既有建筑改造工程消防给水常见问题及设计要点,为解决既有建筑改造工程功能要求与消防安全供水之间的矛盾提供对策,为消防给水改造工程设计提供具体思路。Based on the actual situation of existing buildings in Fuzhou City and the practical experience of existing building renovation design,this paper analyzes the characteristics of existing building renovation projects.At the same time,combined with relevant regulations of local guidance documents,study and discuss the common problems and design points of fire protection water supply in existing building renovation projects.This provides countermeasures to solve the contradiction between functional requirements of existing building renovation projects and fire protection water supply,and provides specific ideas for the design of fire protection water supply renovation projects.
