摘　　要：本项目以新能源工厂屋面光伏发电系统为研究对象,以光伏板、滑轨、支架、带夹紧装置的半球形滑轮以及提升机构为研究对象。在该滑动轨道上设置一带有夹持机构的一半圆形滑轮;在滑动轨道的两边都设有起重机上面所述的系统被布置在车顶照明条的隔壁。工厂的太阳能遮阴系统,夏天时可对房顶进行遮阳,使工厂的日光不直接照射到工厂,降低工厂对冷量的要求;冬天可撤掉遮阳装置,让太阳直接照射进来,提高房间的气温,降低房间的耗热量。冬天和夏天更省电的同时,这种系统还利用太阳能,为工厂提供一部分的电力,提高工厂的屋顶利用率。This project takes the photovoltaic power generation system of the roof of a new energy factory as the research object,and takes photovoltaic panel,slide rail,bracket,hemispherical pulley with clamping device and lifting mechanism as the research object.A semi-circular pulley with a clamping mechanism is arranged on the sliding track;cranes are provided on both sides of the sliding track;the above system is arranged next to the roof lighting strip.The solar shading system of the factory can shade the roof in summer,so that the sunlight of the factory is not directly irradiated to the factory,reducing the requirement of cold capacity of the factory;in winter,you can remove the shading device and let the sun shine directly in,raising the temperature of the room and reducing the heat consumption of the room.It saves electricity in winter and summer.At the same time,the system can also use solar energy to provide a portion of the plant's electricity and improve the utilization of the plant's roof.
