摘 要:应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,研究不同厚度的支撑胶对缺气保用轮胎舒适性的影响,同时从工艺方面采取措施解决胎里气泡问题。有限元分析及成品性能测试结果表明,合理减小支撑胶的厚度,可以有效降低轮胎的径向刚度,使得静态接地压力分布更均匀,在零气压耐久性能满足要求的前提下提高了轮胎舒适性。通过增设成型鼓凹槽和支撑胶刺孔装置,有效解决了缺气保用轮胎胎里气泡问题。Using Abaqus finite element analysis software,the influence of different thickness of support compound on the comfort of run flat tire was studied,and at the same time measures were taken from the aspect of process to solve the problem of air bubbles in the tire.The finite element analysis and finished tire performance test results showed that reasonably reducing the thickness of the support compound could effectively reduce the radial stiffness of the tire,make the static grounding pressure distribution more uniform,and thus improve the tire comfort under the premise of meeting the requirements of zero-pneumatic durability.By adding forming drum fillister of support compound and support compound piercing device,the problem of air bubbles in the run flat tire was effectively solved.
