摘　　要：跌倒作为威胁老年人健康的主要风险因素,近年来得到多学科领域研究人员的广泛关注。通过对建成环境中老年人跌倒风险因素的国内外相关研究进展进行综述,系统梳理了关注热点及研究趋势、交叉学科领域分布、跌倒风险因素分类、跌倒风险评估工具和参数选取,并对该领域未来关注点进行了展望,为今后开展相关研究提供实证基础和经验总结,促进以降低环境跌倒风险为目标的适老环境设计。Falling risk has emerged as a primary threat to the health of the elderly and has garnered widespread attention from interdisciplinary researchers in recent years.This comprehensive review summarises the research progress on fall risk factors among the elderly in the built environments.It systematically clarifies the focal points and research trends,cross-disciplinary field characteristic,fall risk factor categorisation,fall risk assessment tools and parameter s election.Furthermore,it outlines prospects for future research endeavours in this field,which will provide an empirical foundation and summary of experience to facilitate the development of age-friendly environmental designs with a focus on fall risk reduction.
