植物蒸染转印染工艺及其在棉麻手袋中的应用

摘　　要：以植物蒸染转印染为研究对象,介绍其概念、特征及特殊工艺。针对我国非遗手织苎麻夏布和传统手织纯棉老粗布,运用不同媒染剂进行植物蒸染转印染的着色实验和创新设计。结合夏布和老粗布的自身特点,探究并总结植物蒸染转印染不同的着色工艺,以及在不同厚度、不同种类的棉麻织物上的染色效果。期待为国内植物蒸染转印染领域的工艺技法贡献一份新的力量,也为植物蒸染转印染在棉麻手袋产品中的创新应用提供崭新的思路和可能性。The concept,characteristics and special process of plant dyeing and dyeing are introduced.Aiming at Chinese intangible cultural heritage hand woven ramie summer cloth and traditional hand woven pure cotton old coarse cloth,different media agents are used to carry out the coloring experiment and innovative design of plant steaming and dyeing to printing and dyeing.Combined with the characteristics of summer cloth and old coarse cloth,explore and summarize the different coloring techniques of plant steaming to dyeing and dyeing,as well as the dyeing effect on different thickness and different kinds of cotton and linen fabrics.It is expected to contribute a new strength to the domestic technological techniques in the field of plant steaming and dyeing to printing and dyeing,and also provide new ideas and possibilities for the innovative application of plant steaming and dyeing and dyeing in cotton and linen handbag products.
