摘　　要：Though located in China's hinterland,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is becoming a new frontier of opening up.The China(Xinjiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone(FTZ)was officially inaugurated on November 1,making it the 22nd FTZ in China and the first in the country's northwestern border regions.
