摘　　要：近年来,随着建筑安装工程数量的不断增加,人们对工程质量的要求也越来越高。在建筑安装工程中加强造价管理,是一项非常重要的工作。在施工之前,应制定基本的造价控制计划,并在未来的施工中进一步对其改进,确保在保证施工质量的同时,以最低的成本完成所有施工,从而获得一定的经济效益,促进国民经济建设的发展。文章就建筑安装工程造价管理现状及优化措施展开了详细探究。In recent years,with the increasing number of construction and installation projects,people have higher and higher requirements for project quality.It is a very important work to strengthen the cost management in the construction and installation engineering.Before construction,a basic cost control plan should be formulated and further improved in future construction.Ensure that all construction is completed at the lowest cost while ensuring the construction quality,so as to obtain certain economic benefits and promote the development of national economic construction.This paper explores the current situation of construction and installation project cost management and optimization measures in detail.
