摘　　要：随着我国现代住宅建筑技术的不断发展,以及人们对现代化住宅小区的需求越来越高,传统住宅小区规划和建筑设计已经很难满足人们的需求。开发商应不断引进更加先进的技术和设计理念,对住宅小区的规划设计展开进一步优化,从而满足业主的居住需求。文章探讨了现代住宅小区规划和建筑设计的重要性、设计原则以及存在的问题,并且提出了现代住宅小区的规划和建筑设计措施,以供参考。With the continuous development of modern residential building technology in China and the increasing demand for modern residential communities,traditional residential community planning and architectural design have become difficult to meet people′s needs.Developers should continuously introduce more advanced technology and design concepts,further optimize the planning and design of residential communities,in order to meet the living needs of homeowners.The article explores the importance,design principles,and existing problems of modern residential community planning and architectural design,and proposes planning and architectural design measures for modern residential communities for reference.
