摘 要:受岩石间的夹制作用,小断面洞室开挖往往存在爆破进尺不理想、炸药能量利用率较低和不利于爆破完整的光薄层等问题。这不仅会造成开挖面的平整度差,还会给施工埋下安全隐患。文章通过分析光面爆破破坏岩石机理,结合小断面洞室光爆爆破的特点,以安徽绩溪蓄电站排水廊道断面为例,探究了小断面洞室光面爆破参数的选择及优化过程,总结小断面洞室光面爆破的技术控制要领,全面提升小断面洞室的光面爆破质量,对类似工程具有指导意义。Due to the clamping effect between rocks,the excavation of small-section caverns often has problems such as unsatisfactory blasting footage,low energy utilization rate of explosives,and thin layers that are not conducive to complete blasting.This will not only cause poor flatness of the excavation surface,but also lay a safety hazard to the construction.By analyzing the mechanism of rock damage by smooth blasting,combined with the characteristics of smooth blasting in small-section caverns,taking the section of drainage gallery of Anhui Jixi Power Storage Station as an example,the selection and optimization process of smooth blasting parameters in small-section caverns are explored,and the key technical control points of smooth blasting in small-section caverns are summarized,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of smooth blasting in small-section caverns,which has guiding significance for similar engineering.
