摘　　要：为提升消防工程施工质量,文章总结了常用防火材料的特点及选用原则,依托某城市高层建筑,分析了其火灾事故原因,阐述了防火材料的技术参数和施工要点,并提出防火材料施工质量控制措施,研究成果可为建筑防火材料的施工提供科学的理论指导。In order to improve the construction quality of fire engineering,this paper summarizes the characteristics and selection principles of common fireproof materials.Based on a high-rise building in a city,it analyzes the causes of fire accidents,expounds the technical parameters and construction points of fireproof materials,and puts forward construction quality control measures of fireproof materials.The research results can provide scientific theoretical guidance for the construction of building fireproof materials.
