高港节制闸上游翼墙伸缩缝渗水处理研究

摘　　要：高港节制闸已连续运行二十多年,水利建筑物混凝土存在老化和渗漏问题。文章针对高港节制闸上游翼墙伸缩缝渗水问题,分析了可能存在的水流通道,在水流通道关键位置点进行骑缝钻孔,选用水溶性聚氨酯堵漏剂材料,以化学灌浆法修复后,取得了良好效果,提升了水工建筑物的安全性、稳定性和耐久性,可为其他单位处理类似问题提供参考。Gaogang control gate has been in continuous operation for more than 20 years,and there are aging and leakage problems in the concrete of water conservancy buildings.Aiming at the problem of expansion join water seepage on the upstream wing wall of Gaogang control gate,the possible water flow channel is analyzed,joint drilling at the key position of the water flow channel is carried out,water-soluble polyurethane plugging agent material is selected.After repairing it with chemical grouting method,good results have been achieved,which has improved the safety,stability and durability of hydraulic structures,and can provide reference for other units to deal with similar problems.
