摘  要:为分离贵州山羊大肠杆菌和了解其耐药情况,通过对贵州贵阳、晴隆、纳雍、威宁和兴仁山羊场进行无菌采集肛门拭子、病死山羊的肝等347份样品,大肠杆菌的分离培养、24种生化试验反应、16S rDNA PCR鉴定和21种抗生素药敏试验等,分离、生化和16S rDNA PCR鉴定出264株山羊大肠杆菌,贵州每个山羊场对氨苄西林和头孢硫脒产生高度耐药,对复方新诺明、头孢西丁、头孢呋辛、头孢他啶和米诺环素耐药,其他抗生素药敏感,这为贵州省控制和预防山羊大肠杆菌病提供科学依据。In order to isolate Escherichia coli from Guizhou goat and understand its drug resistance,more than 347 samples including anal swabs and liver samples from diseased goat were collected aseptically from goat farms in Guiyang,Qinglong,Nayong,Weining,and Xingren,Guizhou.The isolation and cultivation of Escherichia coli,24 biochemical test reactions,16S rDNA PCR identification,and 21 antibiotic susceptibility tests were conducted Biochemical and 16S rDNA PCR identified 264 strains of Escherichia coli from goat.Each goat farm in Guizhou developed high resistance to ampicillin and cefotaxime,followed by resistance to compound sulfamethoxazole,cefoxitin,cefuroxime,ceftazidime,and minocycline.Other antibiotic drugs were sensitive,providing scientific basis for the control and prevention of Escherichia coli disease in goat in our province.
