摘 要:该实验旨在探究白术多糖(PAMK)对环磷酰胺(CTX)诱导的雏鸡法氏囊免疫抑制性损伤的影响。120只1日龄岭南黄鸡随机分为对照组、PAMK组、CTX组和CTX+PAMK组,每组30只。组织学观察结果显示,对照组和PAMK组组织结构完整;CTX组内法氏囊小结和小淋巴细胞数量、皮质部厚度显著降低,大量前体B细胞固缩;与CTX组相比,CTX+PAMK组皮质部厚度显著升高,淋巴细胞数量明显增加。Tunel检测结果显示,CTX组法氏囊细胞凋亡率显著上升(P<0.05);与CTX组相比,PAMK处理有效缓解了CTX诱导的细胞凋亡(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,PAMK可以有效缓解CTX诱导的雏鸡法氏囊组织结构损伤和细胞凋亡。This experiment aimed to investigate the effect of Polysaccharide of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz(PAMK)on cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced immunosuppressive damage in the bursa of Fabricius of chickens.One hundred and twenty one-day-old Lingnan yellow chickens were randomly divided into control group,PAMK group,CTX group,and CTX+PAMK group with 30 chickens in each group.Histological observations showed that the structure of bursa of Fabricius in both control group and PAMK group was intact.The number of bursa of Fabricius nodules and small lymphocytes,as well as the thickness of cortex in the CTX group significantly decreased,and large numbers of precursor B cells condensed.Compared with the CTX group,the thickness of the cortex in the CTX+PAMK group significantly increased,and the number of lymphocytes significantly increased.The Tunel detection results showed that the apoptosis rate of the cells in the bursa of Fabricius in the CTX group significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the CTX group,PAMK treatment effectively alleviated the CTX-induced cell apoptosis(P<0.05).These results indicate that PAMK can effectively alleviate CTX-induced the structural damage and apoptosis of bursa of Fabricius in chicks.
