摘 要:该研究目的是探索血液生化指标对海门山羊的妊娠毒血症(PT)预后价值。试验共纳入39只患有妊娠毒血症的海门山羊,分成死亡组(n=19)和存活组(n=20)。结果显示,死亡组血液中K^(+)、pH值和HCO_(3)^(-)水平显著低于存活组。二元Logistic回归分析表明K^(+)、pH值和HCO_(3)^(-)是PT山羊死亡的保护因素,可作为临床上选择药物诱导分娩或剖腹产治疗的指征,从而减少经济损失。The purpose of this study is to explore the prognostic value of blood biochemical indicators on pregnancy toxemia(PT)in Haimen goats.A total of 39 Haimen goats with gestational toxemia were included in the trial and divided into death group(n=19)and survival group(n=20).The results showed as follows:The blood K^(+),pH and HCO_(3)^(-)levels in the death group were significantly lower than those in the survival group.The binary logistic regression analysis showed that K^(+),pH and HCO_(3)^(-)were the protective factors for the death of PT goats,and could be used as the indications for clinical selection of drug-induced delivery or caesarean section treatment,thus reducing economic losses.
