摘  要:为探究复合微生态制剂对黑羽肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取体重接近、健康状态良好的1日龄黑羽肉鸡480只,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。Ⅰ组为对照组、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.5、1.0 g/kg和2.0 g/kg的复合微生态制剂,试验期结束分别测定各组的生长性能指标和免疫功能指标。结果显示,试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组肉鸡的终末体重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验Ⅳ组平均日增重最高,料重比最低。试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ的IgA和IgG含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),而IgM含量对各组间均无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,黑羽肉鸡日粮中添加1.0 g/kg和2.0 g/kg的复合微生态制剂能够显著提高其生产性能和免疫功能。The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of compound microecological agents on the growth performance and immune function of black-feathered broilers.In the experiment,4801-day-old black-feathered broilers with similar weight and good health status were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.Group I was the control group,groups II,III,IV were the experimental group,and the experimental group was supplemented with 0.5,1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg composite microecological preparations in the basal diet,respectively,and the growth performance indexes and immune function indexes of each group were measured at the end of the experimental period.Results:The body weight,average daily gain of broilers in the III and IV groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the average daily gain and the lowest feed-to-weight ratio were the highest in the IV group.The contents of IgA and IgG in tests III and IV were significantly higher than those in group I(P<0.05),while the IgM content had no significant effect on the groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,the addition of 1.0 g/kg and 2.0 g/kg compound microecological preparations to the diet of black-feathered broilers could significantly improve their production performance and immune function.
