摘　　要：前胃弛缓是牛的前胃兴奋性降低、胃壁收缩力下降、前胃内容物向后段消化道输送变慢、胃内饲料异常发酵及菌群失调,引起牛的消化功能出现障碍和身体机能出现紊乱的一种疾病。是牛的一种常见病、多发病,发病因素复杂。如果诊治不当,或延误治疗,将给养牛场(户)带来较大经济损失。临床治疗牛前胃弛缓主要采用缓解瘤胃鼓胀,预防酸中毒,增加营养物质供给,防止脱水,促进瘤胃机能恢复为主要治疗原则。西医和中医治疗牛前胃弛缓各具优势,本课题组结合40余年的临床经验,自拟中药“温脾回阳汤”方剂,中西医结合治疗牛前胃弛缓,治愈率达95%以上。Bovine forestomach retardation is a disease in cattle where the excitability of the anterior stomach decreases,the contractility of the gastric wall decreases,the transport of contents of the anterior stomach slows down to the posterior digestive tract,abnormal fermentation of feed in the stomach,and dysbiosis of the bacterial community,leading to digestive dysfunction and physical dysfunction.It is a common and frequently occurring disease of cattle,with complex pathogenic factors.If not treated properly or delayed,it will bring significant economic losses to the cattle farm(household).The clinical treatment of bovine anterior gastric atony mainly adopts relieving rumen swelling,preventing acidosis,increasing nutrient supply,preventing dehydration,and promoting rumen function recovery as the main treatment principles.Both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have their own advantages on treating bovine forestomach retardation.Based on more than 40 years of clinical experience,our research group has developed a traditional Chinese medicine formula called“Wenpi Huiyang Tang”,which combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat bovine forestomach retardation with a cure rate of over 95%.
