摘 要:对规模化奶牛场展开实地调查,借助实地调查与实验室分析法,分离鉴定奶牛乳房炎的病原体,并且评估各个病原体的药敏性,实验收集若干规模化奶牛场的乳房炎样本,通过传统和分子生物学方法对病原体进行鉴定,并对各病原体开展一系列的药敏试验,以掌握其对常用抗生素的敏感性。结果显示,奶牛乳房炎主要由细菌引起,通过抗生素敏感性检测发现某些病原体已呈现出不同程度的耐药性,由此能够得知合理使用抗生素具有一定的重要性。该文意在为规模化奶牛场乳房炎的管理和防控提供依据,并对保障乳制品生产的质量和安全作出贡献。In this study,field investigation was conducted on large-scale dairy farms.By means of field investigation and laboratory analysis,pathogens of dairy mastitis were isolated and identified,and drug susceptibility of each pathogen was assessed.Samples of mastitis from several large-scale dairy farms were collected,and pathogens were identified through traditional and molecular biological methods,and a series of drug susceptibility experiments were carried out on each pathogen.To understand its sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics.The results showed that dairy cow mastitis was mainly caused by bacteria,and some pathogens showed different degrees of resistance through antibiotic sensitivity detection,so we can know that rational use of antibiotics has a certain importance.The purpose of this study is to provide an important basis for the management and prevention of mastitis in large-scale dairy farms,and to make a positive contribution to ensuring the quality and safety of dairy production.
