摘  要:为了解规模化养鸡场常见病毒性疾病的流行情况,从豫南和鄂北的11个大型养鸡场采集病料160份,其中咽拭子110份,病料(肺、肝、肾混料)55份及血清样本330份。分别进行禽流感AIV、新城疫NDV、马立克氏病MDV和白血病ALV的疫苗免疫抗体和病原学调查。结果表明,规模化养禽场禽流感AIV和新城疫NDV的疫苗免疫抗体的保护率较高,总体趋势是种禽场>商品场>散养场,采集的病料咽拭子实时荧光RT-PCR检测,未检出禽流感和新城疫阳性样品,病料(肺、肝肾混料)接种鸡胚,进行病毒分离实验,检出马立克病毒样品7份,白血病10份,表明规模养鸡场仍存在马立克氏病和白血病隐形感染的风险。In order to understand the prevalence of common viral diseases in large-scale chicken farms,160 disease samples were collected from 11 large-scale chicken farms in southern Henan Province and northern Hubei Province,including 110 throat swabs,55 disease samples(lung,liver,kidney mix)and 330 serum samples.The immune antibodies and etiology of avian influenza AIV,Newcastle disease NDV,Marek's disease MDV and leukemia ALV were investigated respectively.The results show that:The protection rate of avian influenza AIV and Newcastle disease NDV vaccine was relatively high in large-scale poultry farms.The overall trend was breeding farms>commercial farms>free-range farms.The samples collected were tested by real-time fluorescent RT-PCR with throat swabs,and no positive samples of avian influenza and Newcastle disease were detected.7 samples of Marek virus and 10 samples of leukemia were detected,indicating that the risk of Marek's disease and leukemia stealthy infection still exists in large-scale chicken farms.
