摘　　要：【目的】为血瘀证的舌下络脉评估以及子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)的防治提供舌诊的参考依据。【方法】对66例内异症患者和60例非内异症人群拍摄舌图行色彩还原后,对舌下络脉和舌质行红、绿、蓝(RGB)取色及舌下络脉评分。【结果】舌下络脉评分与血瘀程度呈正相关(r=0.183,P<0.05),与舌下络脉R、G值呈负相关(r=-0.468,P<0.01;r=-0.243,P<0.01)。内异症人群舌下络脉评分及血瘀程度明显升高(P<0.01),舌下络脉主要异常表现在主干分支、主干充盈度、曲张程度和长度宽径(P<0.05或P<0.01),以及舌下络脉的R值降低(P<0.01)。【结论】望舌下络脉可评估人体的血瘀程度;内异症疾病的血瘀本质在舌下络脉的外观、走形上有不同程度的异常表现;颜色改变上,舌下络脉可能较舌质对人体血瘀状态更为敏感。Objective To provide evidence for the evaluation of sublingual collaterals in blood stasis syndrome and to supply reference for tongue diagnosis in the prevention and treatment of endometriosis.Methods After color reduction,the color values of red,green and blue(RGB)of sublingual collaterals and tongue body in the tongue tomography of 66 patients with endometriosis and in 60 non-endometriosis patients were assessed,and the scores of their sublingual collaterals were also evaluated.Results The scores of the sublingual collaterals were positively correlated with the degree of blood stasis(r=0.183,P<0.05),and were negatively correlated with the R and G color values of the sublingual collaterals(r=-0.468,P<0.01;r=-0.243,P<0.01).The scores of the sublingual collaterals and the degree of blood stasis in endometriosis patients were significantly higher than those in the non-endometriosis patients(P<0.01),and the main abnormalities of the sublingual collaterals in endometriosis patients manifested as more branches of the sublingual trunk vein,higher filling of the trunk vein,more obvious varicosity of the sublingual collaterals and higher length and width of the trunk vein(P<0.05 or P<0.01),as well as the lower R color value of the sublingual collaterals(P<0.01).Conclusion The inspection of sublingual collaterals is helpful for revealing the degree of blood stasis.The blood stasis syndrome in endometriosis patients can be reflected from the abnormalities of the appearance and route of sublingual collaterals,and the change of the color of sublingual collaterals may be more sensitive to blood stasis than the change of the tongue body.
