摘　　要：基于风邪内伏从六经辨证探讨回纹型风湿症的病因病机。回纹型风湿症发作时发时止,缠绵难愈,与风邪和伏邪的致病特点相吻合,总因正气亏虚、风邪乘虚内伏所致,即以风邪内伏为发病之根源,伏风内侵为发病之机制。回纹型风湿症的病性为本虚标实,以少阴、厥阴、太阴三阴经之不足为本,风邪挟诸邪侵袭,乘虚内伏并化生内湿、痰瘀等多种病理产物为标。治疗当审查六经,循经而治,在祛风通络、清热利湿的同时注重顾护正气,补益厥少两阴、健运太阴、和解少阳,且活血化瘀通络应贯穿治疗始终。To investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of palindromic rheumatism from the perspective of sixmeridian differentiation and treatment based on the theory of insidious latent wind-pathogen.The episodes of the palindromic rheumatism have the features of sudden onset and spontaneous relief,and are prolonged and difficult to be cured,which coincide with the pathogenic characteristics of wind-pathogen and latent pathogen.They are all caused by the deficiency of healthy qi and the insidious latent wind-pathogen,and manifested as insidious latent wind-pathogen being the root of the pathogenesis,and the internal invasion of latent wind-pathogen being the mechanism of pathogenesis.The disease of palindromic rheumatism is characterized by deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality.The deficiency in the origin manifested as the deficiency of the three yin meridians of the shaoyin,jueyin and taiyin,and the excess in the superficiality manifested as various pathological products such as endogenous dampness and blood stasis resulted from the invasion of wind-pathogen complicated with various pathogens in case of deficiency.The treatment of palindromic rheumatism should be based on six-meridian differentiation through the methods of expelling wind and unblocking collaterals,clearing heat and draining dampness while focusing on the protection of healthy qi by fortifying the shaoyin and jueyin,strengthening taiyin and harmonizing shaoyang.Moreover,the therapy of activating blood,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals should be carried out throughout the course of treatment.
