摘　　要：肩痹是以肩部疼痛和肩关节活动受限为主症的病证。钟广玲教授认为,肩痹病因内责肝脾肾三脏功能失司,外受邪气侵害、跌打损伤、积年劳损;病机以肝脾肾亏虚为本,风寒湿热为标,致使筋脉劳伤、气滞血瘀;治以补益肝肾、祛风除湿、活血通络为法,治疗可采用中药内服分型证治、中医外治、导引气功等疗法。中药内服的分型证治可分风寒湿痹、风湿热痹、气滞血瘀、营血不和、劳伤筋脉、气血亏虚、肝肾不足7型,分别予以自拟加减牛蒡子汤、四妙散合五藤汤或宣痹汤、身痛逐瘀汤、自拟舒络汤、活血通络汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤合八珍汤、养血柔肝汤。中医外治可采用中药外敷、中药外洗治疗;并自创简式导引功法,以助患者功能锻炼。Frozen shoulder is the disorder characterized by pain in the shoulder and limited movement of the shoulder joint.According to the view of Professor ZHONG Guang-Ling,frozen shoulder developed from the internal dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidneys,and the external attack of pathogenic qi,traumatic injury,and years of strain.To be brief,the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder is due to the root cause of the insufficiency of liver,spleen and kidneys,and results from the incidental factors of wind-cold and damp-heat,which results into the strain of the tendons,and qi stagnation and blood stasis.Treatment for frozen shoulder should be based on the therapy of tonifying liver and kidneys,dispelling wind and removing dampness,activating blood and unblocking the collaterals,and can be classified into the methods of oral administration of Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation,external treatment with Chinese medicine,and physical-breathing exercise and qigong exercise.Internal treatment with Chinese medicine is performed for the following 7 syndrome types,namely wind-cold-damp obstruction,wind-damp-heat obstruction,qi stagnation and blood stasis,disharmony of nutrient system and blood system,strain of the tendons,qi and blood deficiency,and insufficiency of liver and kidney,which can be achieved by self-made modified Niubangzi Decoction,Simiao Powder plus Wuteng Decoction or Xuanbi Decoction,Shentong Zhuyu Decoction,self-made Shuluo Decoction,Huoxue Tongluo Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction plus Bazhen Decoction,and Yangxue Rougan Decoction,respectively.External Chinese medicine treatment can be achieved by external application of external washing with Chinese herbs.Professor ZHONG has also created his own simple physical-breathing exercise to help patients with functional training.
