摘　　要：【目的】基于国家知识产权局的专利检索及分析系统(http://pss-system.cnipa.gov.cn),分析专利中药外用方治疗骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)的用药规律。【方法】以“骨关节炎”“中药”为关键词,检索专利数据库从建库至2022年12月公布的治疗OA的专利复方,并筛选出外用复方,运用古今医案云平台对外用复方进行药物的频次统计、性味归经分析、聚类分析及复杂网络分析。【结果】共纳入治疗OA的中药外用复方专利72项,涉及药物284味,用药频次居前的药物有牛膝、威灵仙、红花、当归等。药性以温为主,药味以辛、苦、甘味为主,药物多归肝、脾、肾经,药物具有祛风除湿、强筋骨、补肝肾、温经通络止痛等功效。药物配伍以牛膝-川芎、威灵仙-牛膝、当归-红花、羌活-独活的出现频次较高;聚类分析结果得到祛风除湿止痛类、补肝肾强筋骨类、活血温经通络类3个聚类;复杂网络分析得到的核心药物组合为威灵仙、牛膝、川芎、独活、羌活、红花、当归、乳香、没药。【结论】专利外用复方治疗OA以辛温药为主,从肝、脾、肾三脏同治,以祛风除湿止痛、活血温经通络等药物治其标,以补肝肾强筋骨类药物治其本,核心药物与祛风越痹酒(白术、当归、杜仲、牛膝、防风、苍术、川芎、羌活、红花、桂枝、威灵仙)的药物组成的相似度较高。Objective To analyze the medication rules of patented topical Chinese herbal prescriptions for osteoarthritis(OA)based on the patent search and analysis system of China National Intellectual Property Administration(http://pss-system.cnipa.gov.cn).Methods Using“osteoarthritis”and“Chinese herbal medicine”as keywords,patented topical Chinese herbal prescriptions for OA were searched and screened from the patent database in the period of the establishment of the patent database to December 2022.And then the medication frequency and the distribution of the nature and flavors of herbs in the patented topical Chinese herbal prescriptions were analyzed,and the cluster analysis and complex network analysis of the herbs were carried out by using the Cloud Platform for Ancient and Modern Medical Cases.Results A total of 72 patented topical Chinese herbal prescriptions for OA were included,involving 284 herbal medicines.The medicines with the highest leading medication frequency were Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma,Carthami Flos,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Most of the herbal medicines were warm in the nature,were pungent,bitter and sweet in the flavor and had the meridian tropism of the liver,spleen and kidney meridians.The medicines mainly had the actions of expelling wind and removing dampness,strengthening the bones and tendons,tonifying the liver and kidney,and warming the meridians and unblocking the collaterals to relieve pain.The drug combinations with high frequency were Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma-Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Carthami Flos,Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix-Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.The cluster analysis yielded three clusters,namely,cluster of dispelling wind,removing dampness and relieving pain,cluster of tonifying liver and kidney to strengthen the bones and tendons,and cluster of activating blood and warming the meridians to unblock the collaterals.The core drug combinations obtained from the c
