国家专利数据库中内服中药专利复方治疗带状疱疹的用药规律探讨

摘　　要：【目的】采用数据挖掘方法分析国家专利数据库中的内服中药专利复方治疗带状疱疹的用药规律。【方法】检索国家知识产权局(https://www.cnipa.gov.cn/)专利数据库中治疗带状疱疹的中药复方专利数据,应用Microsoft Excel 2010软件进行用药频次、性味归经及功效分析,采用IBM SPSS Modeler 18对用药进行关联规则分析,应用SPSS Statistics 25.0软件对用药频次≥15次的药物进行系统聚类分析。【结果】纳入治疗带状疱疹的内服中药专利复方专利125项,涉及药物375味。性味以苦甘寒为主,主要归肝经,其次归肺经、心经、脾经。高频药物主要为甘草、黄芩、柴胡、金银花、板蓝根、栀子、龙胆、赤芍、延胡索、当归等。高支持度的药物组合为“甘草,黄芩”“龙胆,栀子,柴胡”“栀子,黄芩,甘草,龙胆”,核心药物为甘草、黄芩、板蓝根、栀子、柴胡、龙胆、车前子、金银花等。聚类分析得到9类药物组合。【结论】治疗带状疱疹的内服中药专利复方多以清热解毒、清热燥湿、行气活血为法,临床可根据具体证型加用凉血、补血、健脾、利湿之品。Objective To analyze the medication rules of patented Chinese medicine compounds for oral use in treating herpes zoster in the national patent database by using data mining method.Methods The data of patented Chinese herbal compounds for oral use in treating herpes zoster were searched from the patent database of the China National Intellectual Property Administration(CNIPA)(https://www.cnipa.gov.cn/),and then Microsoft Excel 2010 software was applied for the analysis of the medication frequency of herbs as well as the distribution of the property,flavor,meridian tropism and efficacy of the herbs.Moreover,IBM SPSS Modeler 18 was used for the analysis of association rules of the medication,and hierarchical cluster analysis of the herbs with the frequency being or over 15 times was performed on the basis of SPSS Statistics 25.0 software.Results The 125 patented Chinese medicine compounds for oral use in treating herpes zoster were included and a total of 375 herbs were involved.The properties of the included herbs were mainly bitter,sweet and cold.The herbs were mainly attributed to the liver meridian,and then to the lung meridian,heart meridian and spleen meridian.The high-frequency drugs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Bupleuri Radix,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Corydalis Rhizoma,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Herbal combinations with high support were“Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix”,“Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma,Gardeniae Fructus,Bupleuri Radix”and“Gardeniae Fructus,Scutellariae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma”.The core drugs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Scutellariae Radix,Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Bupleuri Radix,Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma,Plataginis Semen,and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos.Cluster analysis yielded 9 herbal groups.Conclusion The formulation of patented Chinese medicine compounds for oral
