摘　　要：中共安源路矿支部是全国首个产业工人支部,为中国共产党的早期地方组织建设做出开创性贡献。毛泽东、李立三、刘少奇等早期革命领袖的初心实践为安源的早期组织建设播下革命火种,中共安源路矿支部的成立点燃了安源工人运动的革命火种;安源路矿工人大罢工的胜利是中国共产党初显身手的重大事件,并助推中国革命事业渐成燎原之势。站在第二个百年新征程的历史起点上,总结安源党组织的历史经验有三:坚持党的领导与人民至上相结合、敢于斗争与统一战线相结合、人民监督与自我革命相结合。The CPC Branch of Anyuan Railroad and Coalmine was the first industrial workers’branch in China,making pioneering contributions to the early local organization of the Communist Party of China.The primordial practice of Mao Zedong,Li Lisan,Liu Shaoqi and other early revolutionary leaders sowed the revolutionary seed for the early organizational construction of Anyuan,and the establishment of the CPC Branch of Anyuan Railroad and Coalmine ignited the revolutionary spark of the Anyuan Workers’Movement;the victory of the general strike of the workers in Anyuan Railroad and Coalmine was a major event in which the CPC made its debut and helped the cause of the Chinese revolution gradually become a prairie fire.Standing on the starting point of the new journey of the second hundred years,the historical experience of the Party organization in Anyuan could be summarized in three perspectives:the combination of party leadership and people’s supremacy,of the courage to fight and the united front,and of people’s supervision and self-reform.
