摘　　要：随着工程项目信息化进程的不断推进,BIM技术的应用价值日益显现。尽管基于BIM技术的数字化交付工程项目持续增长,但其交付目标、标准及流程仍在探究阶段。本研究对项目数字化竣工交付内涵进行了深入阐述,从面向运营需求的角度分析了数字化竣工交付模型的交付流程及关键工作内容,并基于BIMRUN平台设计了数字化竣工交付平台的六个主要模块功能。通过建立海绵城市模型并进行平台试用验证了数字化交付流程的可行性,为大型项目数字化竣工交付的研究提供借鉴与参考。With the continuous advancement of engineering project informatization,the application value of BIM technology is increasingly prominent.Despite the continuous growth of digitally delivered engineering projects based on BIM technology,their delivery objectives,standards,and processes are still in the exploratory stage.This study provides an in-depth exposition of the connotation of digital completion and delivery of projects.Starting from the perspective of operational needs,the delivery process and key work contents of the digital completion and delivery model are analyzed from the perspective of operation-oriented demand,and designs the digital completion delivery platform with six main module functions based on the BIMRUN platform.The feasibility of the digital delivery process is verified through the establishment of a sponge city model and platform trial,which provides reference for the study of digital completion and delivery of large-scale projects.
