摘  要:利用明胶作为原料,采用乳化法来制备明胶微球,再将该微球做模板用于低碳制备多形态的Al_(2)O_(3)多孔陶瓷。实验探究明胶溶液浓度、搅拌速度、水油比、乳化剂的种类和添加量对明胶微球结构的影响。结果表明:在50℃条件下,明胶溶液浓度为176.5 g/L,搅拌速度150 r/min,水油比1:5,葡萄糖添加量为0.065 g/mL时,制得的明胶微球平均粒径约为400μm。将其表面包覆拟薄水铝石粉体后,烧结得到Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷空心球。此外,利用包覆碳化硅的明胶微球加入Al_(2)O_(3)基体中,制得了孔结构完整的Al2O3多孔陶瓷。Gelatin microspheres were prepared by emulsification method using gelatin as raw material,and polymorphic Al2O3 porous ceramics were prepared based on the prepared gelatin microspheres.The effects of gelatin solution concentration,stirring speed,water-oil ratio,type and addition amount of emulsifier on the structure of gelatin microspheres were investigated.Results showed that the average particle size of the gelatin microspheres was about 400μm at 50℃with a gelatin solution concentration of 176.5 g/L,a stirring speed of 150 r/min,a water-to-oil ratio of 1/5,and an additive amount of glucose of 0.065 g/mL.The Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic hollow spheres were obtained by sintering gelatin microspheres with pseudo-boehmite powders on their surfaces.In addition,Al_(2)O_(3) porous ceramics with complete pore structure were fabricated by using the gelatin microspheres coated with silicon carbide added into the Al2Al_(2)O_(3) matrix.
