复方荆芥熏洗剂对肛裂术后创面愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗对肛裂术后创面愈合的疗效。方法:将2021-2022年我院收治的334例肛裂术后患者分为对照组152例和治疗组182例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,治疗组患者采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗治疗,2组患者均持续治疗7 d,比较2组患者的疗效,肛门疼痛、创面出血、水肿评分以及创面愈合情况。结果:治疗组患者治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者肛门疼痛、创面水肿、出血评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者第8、14、18、22天创面愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗可改善肛裂术后患者的疼痛、出血和水肿,缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing on postoperative wound healing of anal fissure.Methods Total 334 patients with postoperative anal fissure admitted to our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were divided into the control group(152 patients)and the treatment group(182 patients).Patients in the control group received routine treatment,while patients in the treatment group received treatment of Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing.Patients in both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The efficacy,scores of anal pain,wound bleeding,edema and wound healing of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal pain,wound edema and bleeding in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate on the 8th,14th,18th and 22nd days in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing is effective in treating patients with anal fissure,which can improve the postoperative pain,bleeding and edema,and shorten the wound healing time.
