摘　　要：聚焦“乡缘”与“业缘”两大主题,同乡同业群体在流动的过程中经历着社会网络的空间脱嵌与虚拟再嵌入。新型传播技术为同乡同业群体的聚合提供了基础,该群体在虚拟社区互动中呈现出依托乡土身份构建社群边界、依托乡土记忆形成文化亲密、展演竞合关系传播行业共识这三大特征。虚拟社区对同乡同业群体而言,是一种“桥梁式”的存在,为他们提供了城市融入的可供性选择,并为他们基于差异性的和谐共存来构建“共同体”提供了可能。但虚拟社区内移民自组织的“共同体”只能维系阶段性的稳定状态,若要突破“外部闭合、内部松散”这一社会网络局限,还有赖于有效衔接社会组织并完成组织化基础上的有机联合。Focusing on the two major themes of"hometown bond"and"professional relation-ship",the group of fellow countrymen is experiencing spatial de-embedding and virtual re-embed-ding in the social network in the process of mobility.The new communication technology provides the basis for the online aggregation of the hometown community,which presents three major charac-teristics in the virtual community interaction:building community boundaries based on local identity,forming cultural intimacy based on common memory,and spreading industry consensus through the performance of competitive relationship.The virtual community is a kind of"bridge"for people coming from the same hometown and working in the same industry.It provides them with available choices for urban integration,and offers them the possibility to build a"community"based on the harmonious coexistence of differences.However,the"community"within the self-organized virtual community of immigrants can only be maintained in a relatively stable state periodically.If we want to break through the limitations of the closed social network outside the virtual community and the loose social network inside,we still need to connect effective social organizations and complete the organic union on the basis of organization.
