摘  要:当前高校就业指导课程教学内容体系逐步完善,教学方式方法日益多样,毕业生职业适应力普遍提升,但仍存在教学理念有待深化、教学针对性有待增强、教学模式有待创新、教学资源有待整合等问题。因此,应从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、教学资源四个维度入手,注重将课程思政理念融入职业适应力教学,注重培养学生的职业关注能力、职业控制能力和职业好奇心、求职信心,注重开展培养学生职业适应力的体验教学、实践教学、案例教学,注重创新各类职业适应力教学手段,旨在引导学生树立科学的职业价值观,帮助毕业生顺利实现由学生向职业人的身份转换,破解部分毕业生频繁跳槽换岗的现实困境,进一步充实和完善就业指导课程的教学内容。At present,the teaching content system of employment guidance courses in universities is gradually improving,teaching methods are becoming increasingly diverse,and the vocational adaptability of graduates is generally improving.However,there are still issues that need to be deepened in teaching concepts,enhanced teaching targeting,innovative teaching models,and integrated teaching resources.Therefore,starting from the four dimensions of teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching resources,we should focus on integrating ideological and political concepts into vocational adaptability teaching,cultivating students'vocational attention ability,vocational control ability,vocational curiosity,and job confidence,and developing experiential teaching,practical teaching,and case teaching to cultivate students'vocational adaptability.We should also focus on innovating various vocational adaptability teaching methods,The aim is to guide students to establish scientific career values,help graduates smoothly transition from students to professionals,solve the practical difficulties of some graduates frequently changing jobs,and further enrich and improve the teaching content of employment guidance courses.
