摘　　要：当前,随着算法科学以及大数据技术的飞速发展,人工智能作为相对成熟的数据处理工具,在各行业得到了广泛应用。目前,一些医院已经将人工智能技术应用到医疗行业的财务管理中,人工智能与医院财务数据的融合将极大地激活医院的发展潜力与发展效率。但由于医院本身发展惯性与非营利性质的影响,加大了医院财务数据与人工智能融合的难度,因此,医院管理者要加强对人工智能与财务数据融合的力度与研究。医院必须全面掌握新技术,通过科学的财务管理、医疗运营理念,建立科技化、数字化、现代化的智能医院管理决策体系,实现从传统内控向现代化管理的转变,构建人工智能+财务管理的新型医院管理体系。Currently,with the rapid development of algorithm science and big data technology,artificial intelligence,as a relatively mature data processing tool,has been widely applied in various industries.At present,some hospitals are beginning to apply artificial intelligence technology to financial management in the medical industry,and integrating artificial intelligence with hospital financial data will greatly activate the development potential and efficiency of hospitals.However,due to the development inertia and non-profit nature of the hospital itself,the difficulty of integrating hospital financial data with artificial intelligence has increased.Therefore,hospital managers need to strengthen their efforts and research on the integration of artificial intelligence and financial data.Hospitals must comprehensively grasp new technologies,establish a scientific,digital,and modern intelligent hospital management decision-making system through scientific financial management and medical operation concepts,realize the transformation from traditional internal control to modern management,and build a new hospital management system that combines artificial intelligence and fin ancial management.
