摘 要:随着工业物联网相关设备和技术的快速发展,基于工业物联网搭建的远程监控系统在越来越多的工业场景得到应用。以鼓风曝气设备为研究对象,结合多个仿真软件和开源平台搭建了一套基于工业物联网的鼓风曝气设备远程监控系统。该系统鼓风曝气设备的数据采集模块,连接设备与云服务器的中间模块,云服务器模块与物联网云平台模块4个模块组成。数据采集模块通过将变频器和传感器数据传输到PLC (可编程逻辑控制器)实现,使用仿真软件ModSim32进行数据模拟风量、温度、压力、噪声等数据;中间模块采用开源网关平台Neuron实现智能网关的相关功能;云服务器模块采用开源MQTT云服务器EMQX;物联网云平台模块使用开源工具Node-RED开发,包括设备控制、数据可视化、历史数据查询和故障报警记录等功能。通过实验研究,最终实现了从鼓风曝气设备到工业物联网云平台的数据交互,为传统的鼓风曝气设备进行数字化和信息化改造提供了切实可行的方案。With the rapid development of equipment and technologies related to the Industrial Internet of Things,remote monitoring systems based on the Industrial Internet of Things have been applied in more and more industrial scenarios.This paper takes blast aeration equipment as the research object,combines multiple simulation software and open-source platform,builds a set of remote monitoring system for blast aeration equipment based on industrial Internet of things.The system is mainly composed of four modules:the data acquisition module of the blast aeration equipment,the intermediate module connecting the equipment and the cloud server,the cloud server module and the Internet of Things cloud platform module.In the actual project,the data acquisition module is realized by transferring the data of frequency converter and sensor to PLC(programmable logic controller).In this study,simulation software ModSim32 is used to simulate data,including air volume,temperature,pressure,noise and other data.The intermediate module uses the open-source gateway platform Neuron to realize the related functions of intelligent gateway.Cloud server module adopts open source MQTT cloud server EMQX;The IoT cloud platform module is developed using the open-source tool Node-RED and includes functions such as device control,data visualization,historical data query and fault alarm recording.Through the experimental research,the data interaction from the blast aeration equipment to the industrial Internet of Things cloud platform is finally realized,and a practical scheme is provided for the digital and information transformation of the traditional blast aeration equipment.
