摘  要:介绍了幽门螺旋杆菌检测自动封闭袋的设计。首先,介绍幽门螺旋杆菌与多种疾病的密切相关性及其检测方法,指出常用的呼气检测法存在的问题。提出幽门螺旋杆菌检测自动封闭袋的设计的的作用和优点,接着对幽门螺旋杆菌检测自动封闭袋结构组成中的吹气管、橡胶密封环、通气杆、袋体、粘接环等5部分的结构进行详细的介绍。从而明晰自动封闭袋的设计原理,即由自动封闭袋的袋体在吹入气体压力的作用下拉动通气杆,使得通气杆前端部连接的橡胶密封环在拉力的作用下堵住通气杆进气口,实现袋体的自动封闭。最后,对自动封闭袋进行测试验证,验证结果表明应用自动封闭袋进行检测的准确性为100%。最后,介绍幽门螺旋杆菌检测自动封闭袋的应用,以及未来发展前景。The design of self sealing bag for helicobacter pylori detection is introduced.The close correlation between helicobacter pylori and various diseases and its detection methods are introduced.The problems of common breath detection methods are pointed out.The function and advantages of the design of the self sealing bag for helicobacter pylori detection are presented,and then the structure of five parts,such as blowpipe,rubber seal ring,vent rod,bag body and bonding ring,are introduced in detail.Thus,the design principle of the self sealing bag is clarified,that is,the bag body of the self sealing bag pulls the vent rod under the action of blowing gas pressure,so that the rubber sealing ring connected to the front end of the vent rod blocks the air inlet of the vent rod under the action of pulling force,and realizing its self sealing.Finally,the self sealing bag is tested and verified,and the verification results show that the accuracy of the self sealing bag is 100%.Finally,the application of self sealing bag for helicobacter pylori detection and its future development prospect are introduced.
