摘　　要：PLC在机电设备控制上具有广阔的市场,为正确利用其指令输出实现控制功能,对欧姆龙PLC脉冲输出控制的特点进行了分析,对脉冲输出控制端子的分配、模式的选择、内部特殊继电器的利用以及脉冲输出所用到的几种指令进行了详细的介绍,并且采用单独模式和连续模式两种控制方法介绍了脉冲输出控制功能的应用方法。在应用实例中首先对PLC脉冲输出端口,脉冲输出方式进行设置,并在编程软件中使用对应的脉冲输出端口及特殊功能继电器区域,结合基本逻辑指令完成对梯形图指令的编写,并对程序中所用到的参数意义等进行了具体的阐述。通过对脉冲输出控制功能知识的介绍及在具体实例中的应用帮助使用者快速掌握欧姆龙PLC的脉冲输出控制功能,正确利用其进行精准的运动控制。PLC has a broad market in mechanical and electrical equipment control.To correctly use its instructions to achieve control function,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Omron PLC pulse output control,introduces in detail the distribution of pulse output control terminal,the choice of mode,the use of internal special relay and several instructions used in pulse output,and introduces the application method of pulse output control function by using separate mode and continuous mode two control methods.In the application example,the PLC pulse output port and pulse output mode are set first,and the corresponding pulse output port and special function relay area are used in the programming software,combined with the basic logic instruction to complete the preparation of ladder diagram instruction,and the meaning of the parameters used in the program are elaborated in detail.Through the introduction of pulse output control function knowledge and the application in specific examples to help users quickly grasp the pulse output control function of Omron PLC,the correct use of its accurate motion control.
