摘 要:压缩空气是工业领域里一种安全环保的动力源,以压缩空气为动力的气动隔离开关相对于通用的电动或手动隔离开关,具有众多突出的优点,被广泛应用于电器实验室中。介绍了现有压缩空气动力系统的能耗情况,产生能耗的主要原因,并结合电器实验室实际情况,阐述空压机的运行方式和用气设备的用气特点,与国内空压机的负荷率对比,分析存在的漏气现象及造成漏气的原因,对比空压机联机运行和变频改造两种方式的优缺点,同时描述了空压机变频调速控制技术原理。通过调整管路压力设定值、优化运行机制、增加变频空压机联机运行等节能改造措施,降低了低压空压机的加卸载和启停频率,减少了管路压力波动范围,使压缩空气泄漏量减少了80%,空压机功耗降低了70%,取得了预期的效果。Compressed air is a safe and environmentally friendly power source in the industrial field.Compared with the general electric or manual isolation switch,pneumatic isolation switch powered by compressed air has many outstanding advantages and is widely used in electrical laboratories.The energy consumption of the existing compressed air power system and the main reasons for energy consumption are introduced.Combined with the actual situation of the electric laboratory,the operation mode of the air compressor and the characteristics of the air equipment are expound.Compared the load rate of the domestic air compressor,air leakage phenomenon and the causes of air leakage are expounded.And the advantages and disadvantages of the online operation of the air compressor and the conversion transformation of the two ways are compared.The air compressor frequency conversion speed control technology principle are described.By adjusting the pipeline pressure setting value,optimizing the operation mechanism,increasing the online operation of the variable frequency air compressor and other energy-saving transformation measures,the loading and unloading and start-stop frequency of the low pressure air compressor are reduced,the pipeline pressure fluctuation range is reduced,the compressed air leakage is reduced by 80%,the power consumption of the air compressor is reduced by 70%,and the expected effect is achieved.
