摘 要:为适应环保业务高速扩张以及环境综合治理项目对运营管理的更高要求,促进企业转型升级和提升核心竞争力,需要通过建设智慧化运营管控系统,打造信息化、智能化管理手段。通过分析污水处理厂的工艺生产流程及传统运维模式,以无人值守管理为目标,利用自动化技术、电气技术、通信技术(VPN)、软件技术、云技术、大数据分析、图像识别分析等多个技术维度融合开发软件系统实现大区域污水处理厂无人值守管理的目的。该系统降低了区域污水处理厂的运维难度及运维成本,起到较好的降本增效效果。In order to adapt to the rapid expansion of environmental protection business and the higher requirements for operation management of comprehensive environmental treatment projects,to transform and upgrade enterprises,and to promote their core competition,it is necessary to build the intelligent operation control system and create information and intelligent management means.By analyzing the production process of sewage treatment plant and traditional operation and maintenance mode,with unattended management as the goal,the use of automation technology,electrical technology,communication technology(VPN),software technology,cloud technology,big data analysis,image recognition analysis and other technical dimensions fusion development software system to achieve the purpose of unattended management of large-area sewage treatment plant.The system reduces the difficulty and cost of operation and maintenance of regional sewage treatment plant,and has a good effect of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
