摘  要:为解决失效模式与影响分析FMEA在汽车电控系统可靠性领域的不足问题,通过将系统工程方法思想与FMEA实践相结合的指导方法,研究了基于系统工程思维模块化的汽车电控系统可靠性分析技术,提出了一种应用于汽车电控系统FMEA分析的新方法。以满足国六排放法规的后处理柴油机颗粒捕集器DPF系统为案例进行FMEA分析,对DPF系统自顶向下进行结构逐层划分、功能逐项提取、逻辑逐条推理手段,评估DPF控制系统每条功能潜在失效模式。结果表明:对复杂抽象电控系统进行可视化结构分解及功能模块化分析,可识别出潜在的失效模式,最大程度避免汽车电控系统失效风险的发生,保障汽车电控系统可靠性与质量。采用该方法,可为汽车电控系统可靠性分析提供借鉴参考,为设计可靠性有效措施提供依据。In order to solve the problem of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the field of automobile electronic control system reliability,the reliability analysis technology of automobile electronic control system based on modularization of system engineering thinking is studied by combining the idea of system engineering method with FMEA practice.A new method for FMEA analysis of automotive electronic control systems is proposed.The FMEA analysis is carried out by taking the diesel particulate filter(DPF)of the after-treatment diesel engine that meets the National Phase VI Motor Vehicle Pollutant Emission Standards as a case.The DPF system is divided layer by layer from top to bottom,the function is extracted item by item,and the logical reasoning method is used to evaluate the potential failure mode of each function of the DPF control system.The results show that the visual structural decomposition and functional modularization analysis of the complex abstract electronic control system can identify the potential failure mode,avoid the failure risk of the automobile electronic control system to the greatest extent,and ensure the reliability and quality of the automobile electronic control system.The method proposed can provide reference for the reliability analysis of automobile electronic control system and provide basis for the design of effective measures for reliability.
