摘 要:在水性3C2B喷涂工艺下,中涂、色漆机器人生产喷涂过程中需频繁调用设定好的清洗程序,产生大量水性危废,危废处理成本高。通过引入基于浓度检测技术的膜分离工艺设备,处理机器人清洗排放的水性废液,实现了溶剂、水的回收再利用和减排。Under the water-based 3C2B spraying process,the intermediate coating and color coating robots need to frequently call the set cleaning program during the spraying process,resulting in a large amount of water-based hazardous waste and high cost of hazardous waste treatment.By introducing membrane separation process equipment based on concentration detection technology,the water-based waste liquid discharged from robot cleaning was treated,so that the recovery,reuse,and emission reduction of solvents and water were achieved.
