摘　　要：目的总结婴幼儿白内障术后验配硬性透气性角膜接触镜(rigid gas permeable contact lens,RGP)的安全性、有效性和验配方法。方法对2019年11月至2021年12月至本院就诊的5名婴幼儿白内障患者共6只眼进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在白内障摘除术后验配RGP,随访6个月。评估RGP更换周期和掉片情况,检测眼球震颤、视力等视功能指标,总结讨论镜片使用的诊治经验以及安全性和有效性。结果所有患者在配戴期间眼表情况健康;1例弃戴;掉片和换片周期为2.4~5.4个月/片;掉片频率1~3次/年;镜片移位频率3~4次/d;眼球震颤戴镜前为0~23次/min,随访后期眼球震颤基本消失;视力分别恢复至0.5(病例1戴镜,视动性眼球震颤仪)及0.2~0.67(戴镜后24周,自制近用单个视力卡)。结论RGP是一种安全且有效改善婴幼儿白内障术后视功能的方法,可进一步推广普及。提高验配技术、优化检测方法以及加强随访教育可提高RGP的临床效果,降低使用成本。Objective To investigate the safety,effectiveness and fitting method of rigid gas permeable(RGP)contact lens after cataract surgery in infants and toddlers.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 eyes of 5 cataract children who visited our Aier Eye Hospital from November 2019 to December 2021.All patients were treated with RGP contact lens after cataract extraction and followed up for 6 months.RGP loss and replacement cycle,as well as changes in nystagmus and visual acuity were observed and evaluated to summarize the experience and analyze the safety and efficacy of lens therapy.Results All patients were healthy in ocular surface condition.One case abandoned to wear the lens.The period of lenses loss and replacement was 2.4~5.4 months per piece;The dropout frequency was 1~3 times per year;Displacement frequency was 3~4 times per day;Nystagmus was observed at 0~23 times per minute before wearing the lenses,and disappeared in the later follow-up period;The vision acuity was 0.5(case 1 with lenses,optomotor nystagmus)and 0.2~0.67(at 24 weeks after wearing lenses,self-made short-distance vision test card),respectively.Conclusion RGP contact lens are safe and effective for improving visual function in infants and toddlers after cataract surgery,which can be further popularized.Improving fitting techniques,optimizing examination methods,and strengthening follow-up education can improve the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of RGP and reduce costs in clinical practice.
