摘　　要：为促进煤层气地面开采企业、安全评价机构和有关单位从业人员对《煤层气地面开采企业安全现状评价实施细则》的理解和掌握,让其更好的服务于煤层气安全生产工作,文章详细介绍了《细则》制定的背景、主要内容,重点解读了《细则》执行过程中现场勘查、评价单元划分、评价报告编制等有关内容,针对《细则》在执行过程中可能疑惑的评价机构选择、评价周期确定、评价人员组织和评价单元划分等进行了说明。To promote the understanding and mastery of the Rules by practitioners of coalbed methane surface exploitation enterprises,safety assessment institutions,and relevant departments,and to better serve the safety production of coalbed methane surface exploitation enterprises,the background and main content of the formulation of the Rules are introduced,with a focus on interpreting relevant content such as on-site investigation,division of assessment units,and preparation of assessment reports during the implementation process of the Rules,the selection of assessment institutions,determination of assessment cycles,organization of assessment personnel,and division of assessment units that may be confused during the implementation of the Rules are explained.
