摘　　要：【目的】构建高校科研人员的高校学报服务质量重要性与表现性分析(Importance⁃Performance Analysis,IPA)模型,提出高校学报吸引优质稿源的策略,促进高校学报高质量发展。【方法】总结高校科研人员拟投稿时选择高校学报的关注点信息,设计问卷并展开调研,运用IPA方法对高校科研人员投稿前预期重要性和投稿后表现满意度进行测评,梳理高校学报投稿服务质量存在的问题,查找高校学报优质稿源流失的原因。【结果】办刊质量和学术影响力弱、内容取向和办刊定位模糊、用户投稿体验差是高校学报难以吸引优质稿源的主要因素。【结论】高校学报应从立足发展规划、理清办刊理念、优化作者投稿体验等3个方面深化改革,吸引优质稿源,谋求高质量发展。[Purposes]This paper aims to construct an importance and performance analysis(IPA)model for the quality of submission services for university journals by university researchers,propose strategies for attracting high⁃quality manuscripts,and promote the high⁃quality development of university journals.[Methods]The paper summarized the information about the concerns of university researchers in choosing university journals when they plan to submit papers,designed questionnaires,and carried out a research.It also used the IPA method to evaluate the expected importance of university researchers before submission and their satisfaction with their performance after submission,sorted out the problems existing in the quality of university journal submission service,and found out the reasons for the loss of high⁃quality manuscripts for university journals.[Findings]The weak quality and academic influence of the journal,unclear content orientation and positioning,and poor user submission experience are the main factors that constrain university journals from attracting high⁃quality manuscripts.[Conclusions]University journals should deepen reform from three aspects:following development planning,clarifying the concept of publication,and optimizing the author′s submission experience,so as to attract high⁃quality manuscripts and seek high⁃quality development.
