摘 要:以严寒地区三家大型综合医院为研究对象,采用现场实测与CFD模拟相结合的研究手段,连续测试了各医院典型病房的温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度以及细菌微生物的质量浓度。测试结果表明,不同的送排风口位置对污染物浓度影响较明显,其中采用侧送下回气流组织形式的病房受污染程度最低。并运用CFD对不同气流组织形式的流场进行模拟,验证了现场实测的结论,得出中央散流器送风病床区回风的气流组织形式可实现对病人呼出污染气体有效控制的结论。可明显降低医患间以及患患间交叉感染的概率,为医院病房气流组织优化提供理论依据。Three large general hospitals in severe cold areas are used as the research objects.Combining on-site measurement and CFD simulation,the temperature,humidity,carbon dioxide concentration and the mass concentration of bacteria and microorganisms in typical wards of each hospital are obtained.The testresults show thatthe position of the air supply and exhaust outlet has a significant impact on the concentration of pollutants.Among them,the ward with the side-feed and lower-return airflow organization is the least contaminated.The flow fields with different airflow organizations are simulated by CFD,which verifies the conclusion of the test.It is proposed that the airflow organization form of the return air in the side-supplied hospital bed area can effectively control the airborne pathogenic gas exhaled by the patient,reduce the probability of cross-infection between doctors and patients,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of airflow organization in hospital wards.
