摘 要:为解决多端直流电网故障电流抑制与消除问题,提出一种采用耦合电感的限流型混合式直流断路器拓扑。在直流电网发生异常状况时,实现限流与分断、限流与恢复以及小电流分断3种模式的控制与保护。拓扑设计中,利用晶闸管和辅助电容相互配合实现耦合电感器的一次绕组快速投入,并抑制故障电流;根据故障检测结果,利用耦合电感器配合晶闸管代替IGBT,实现限流后快速切除故障线路或恢复正常运行。在对拓扑回路限流及分断过程分析的基础上,基于PSCAD/EMTDC搭建直流系统单端等效电路和±500kV四端直流系统仿真电路,并进行可行性验证和分析。与现有典型方案进行仿真对比分析,结果表明所提拓扑在保证限流能力、分断速度和降低金属氧化物避雷器耗能的同时,可以有效减少IGBT数量,具备一定的经济性。In order to restrain and eliminate the fault current of the multi-terminal DC power grid,a current limiting hybrid DC circuit breaker topology based on coupling inductor is proposed.In case of abnormal conditions in DC power grid,three modes of current limiting and breaking,current limiting and recovery,and small current breaking can be adopted.In topology design,thyristor and auxiliary capacitor are used to realize fast switching of primary winding of coupling inductor and restrain fault current.According to the fault detection results,the coupling inductor and thyristor are used to replace IGBT to quickly cut off the fault line or restore normal operation after current limiting.Based on the analysis of current limiting and breaking process of topological circuit,the single ended equivalent circuit of DC system and±500 kV four terminal DC system simulation circuit are built based on PSCAD/EMTDC,and the feasibility is verified and analyzed.Through the simulation and comparison with the existing typical schemes,it shows that the topology proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the number of IGBT while ensuring the current limiting capacity,breaking speed and reducing the energy consumption of metal oxide arrester(MOA),and has a certain economy.
