摘  要:不确定性现象普遍存在于各个设计环节,使得复杂产品的设计过程越来越复杂,正确认识并掌握设计过程中的各种不确定性是复杂产品智能设计取得成功的必要条件。系统梳理了产品设计中的不确定性因素种类与特征,聚焦于不确定性智能设计的设计流程,围绕用户需求不确定性智能分析、功能结构不确定性智能求解、设计方案不确定性智能决策、局部参数不确定性智能优化四个方面,分析了其研究现状与应用场景。针对现有不确定性智能设计中存在的强模糊冗余条件下设计意图难提取、不完全可信条件下功能行为难推理、不完备区间条件下设计方案难决策、混合不确定条件下结构性能难预测等问题,提出了复杂产品不确定性智能设计的未来研究方向。Uncertain factors exist in every design step,which makes the design process of complex products more and more complicated.It is necessary to correctly understand and master various uncertainty phenomena in the intelligent design process of complex products.The types and characteristics of different uncertainty factors in product design are systematically sorted out.Focusing on the process promotion of uncertain intelligent design,its research status and application scenarios are analyzed from four aspects:uncertain intelligent analysis of customer demand,uncertain intelligent solution of functional structure,uncertain intelligent decision-making of design scheme and uncertain intelligent optimization of local parameter.In view of the existing problems in current uncertain intelligent design,such as the design intention is difficult to extract under strong fuzzy redundancy,the functional behavior is difficult to reason under incomplete trust,the design scheme is difficult to decide under incomplete interval,and the structural performance is difficult to predict under mixed uncertainties,the future research directions of uncertain intelligent design for complex products are proposed.
